You need to create an 'Event Organizer' account if you want to sell tickets for your event(s) on Movintix. Click LOGIN at the home page, then click "or do you want to sign up?", then insert your email, name, and password. An account activation link will be sent to your email. Please click and attempt to LOGIN.

Before you create an event and start selling tickets, you must first complete your Event Organizer profile.
After you complete your profile, you will be able to create events and their settings, including ticket settings. After you complete the settings, it must be submitted for admin approval. If your event is approved, you will receive an email and your event will appear on the Movintix home page.
Once your event has been submitted for admin approval it can no longer be editted. Make sure you finalize all settings before you submit your event for admin approval.
As an event organizer you can track your sales real time via your account, and request your ticket funds online. The features are all accessible on the side tab of your account. It's easy and hassle free!
You can enjoy our service fee at only Rp5.000 per ticket. It's the cheapest ticketing service fee you will find offering easy online features.
Ticket buyers will receive an e-ticket to the email. Please inform your audience if you would like them to exchange their e-tickets with another valid ticket at the venue.
You don't need to register or log in to buy tickets. Please follow the steps below:
The payment method available now is via Bank Transfer. Please follow the instructions sent to your email.
After you choose your tickets, you will have 10 minutes to confirm your booking by inserting your personal details. Afterwards, you will have 6 hours to complete the payment. If you do not complete either steps within the given time limit, your booking will expire.
The e-ticket will be sent to your email after you complete payment. See instructions from the event organizer whether the e-ticket is valid for entry or must be exchanged at the venue.
Ticket buyers are able to choose their seat number online if the event organizer choose to make that option available. This feature is only available for selected theatre venues. Events that do not allow this feature may allow free seating in each ticket class or allocate seats manually by the committee.
If you somehow did not get an email from us regarding account activation, payment instruction, or e-tickets; please kindly check your mail spam / junk folder. If you still didn't receive it please contact us by sending an email to email@example.com.

Please note that ticket(s) purchased can not be canceled or refunded, unless there has been a cancellation or reschedule of the event by the event organizer under unusual or force majeur conditions.
An announcement will be published by the event organizer; and all ticket holders will be emailed from us regarding refund instructions or other options.
It should be noted that refunds can only be made if the event is cancelled by the event organizer with specific terms and conditions. If your ticket is eligible for refund, please email your name, phone number, booking code, and bank details to firstname.lastname@example.org with "Refund_[event name]_[booking code]" as the subject.
